With a retail store in the heart of town, CLEGG Glass quickly became a trusted leader in supplying quality glass and mirror products to the construction industry, as well as residential and retail customers.


In the early 1990s, founder Fred Clegg retired and passed the business to his son, Ted Clegg. Under Ted's leadership, CLEGG Glass continued to grow, expanding its range of architectural glass and mirror products while building a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, dependable service, and community involvement.



Today, CLEGG Glass is proudly owned and operated by Colin Patterson and Sue Graham, who are committed to carrying on the company's long-standing tradition of excellence. They continue to build on the trusted reputation established over decades, providing high-quality architectural glass and mirror solutions for residential, retail, and commercial customers while embracing new opportunities for growth and innovation.

A Brief History

Fred Clegg is a decorated WWII pilot who returned from the war to his wife Helen, and immediately went to work for a major Ontario Glass provider as a salesman to the Ontario market. After being transferred around the province for a number of years from London, to Windsor, to Kirkland Lake, to Hamilton, he decided to settle in the beautiful town of Burlington Ontario and open his own business.
